Was gonna start my own thread, but I figured i'd find one that more or less mirrored my thoughts. I couldn't even bring myself to write an actual review. I just have these thoughts to share that I posted on another board after watching it last night. For those who are concerned, I have deleted, scrubbed, and bleached this monstrousity from my Tivo. I'm bringing an exorcist in tomorrow to get any last remnants that I may have missed.
That was...the worst thing ever. Not worst movie. Not worst television. But things. All things. The most decrepit Yugo barely held together by chewing gum. The bad cut of Troll 2. Hanoi Hilton's. Rwandan genocides. Paris Hilton acting. Nancy Reagan having lesbian sex with Margie Thatcher. Flesh eating viruses. Flesh eating zombies...the fast ones. Every vile atrocity ever inflicted upon or even contemplated by man...all a pale flicker compared to this. I feel violated in ways that no man should ever be.
Those were my thoughts after seeing this. Even the moments that appeared to be good ideas at the concept stage were just horribly butchered. I understand this isn't gonna be up to Hollywood film quality, but dear god...at the very least get bad TV episode quality. Uwe Boll makes better films than this. Didn't we have most of the guys on who made the series? Haven't they gotten better work, better action, better effects, and better acting on a fraction of the budget for an hour of TV? How can it be this bad?
